My sleep isn't showing up

  1. Open the Health app, tap Sharing, then Apps, and choose Dozely.
  2. Make sure Sleep is turned on. You can also check in Settings > Health > Data Access & Devices.
  3. Check that your sleep appears in the Health app itself. Dozely can only read what's there.

Sleep stages need a device that records them, such as an Apple Watch worn to bed.

Subscriptions

  1. Cancel or change plan: Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Or use Manage Subscription in Dozely's You tab.
  2. New phone: sign in with the same Apple ID and tap Restore Purchases in the You tab.
  3. Refunds: Apple handles them at reportaproblem.apple.com.

A night looks wrong

Open the night on Today and choose Fix this night. You can correct when you fell asleep and woke up, count it as a nap, or hide it. Hidden nights can be restored from the You tab. Saving the correction to Apple Health is optional.

The Apple Watch app

The Watch app reads Apple Health on the Watch itself, so it doesn't need your iPhone nearby. Wear your Watch to bed, and last night's score appears in the morning. If it asks, allow Health access on the Watch.

Reminders

Turn wind-down and morning reminders on or off in the You tab, and choose how long before bedtime to wind down. Reminders never include your sleep numbers, and Dozely works fine without them.

Deleting your data

In the You tab, choose Delete all my data and hold to confirm. It removes everything Dozely stores on your iPhone. Your sleep in Apple Health and your subscription aren't affected. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Or use Support at the bottom of the You tab, which fills in your app version for us.
